Very knowledgeable colleagues ranging from very young to very old
Cons
Promotion - only based on your years of tenure and not on your skills and performance Too many fixed price projects (Waterfall - ELCA calls it AgileIT but there is no agility doing a Fixed price project) which leads to less quality in order to secure higher profits. Several colleagues in Offshore team are less experienced which leads to huge overhead on Swiss colleagues to train and bring them to a good level.
