I worked at ELCA Informatique full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Salary is OK, working in the center of Lausanne is a big plus for the life-work balance, and there is no pressure from management on you as soon as you do your job.

    Cons

The product is rotten by politics and technical debt left by the excessive turnover of the offshore devs and on site people who care more about presenting shiny powepoints to the top managers than making sure things do work. Waterfall methodology, no talent management (even if most of the people call themselves managers), excessive processes and highly hierarchical structure.

    Pros

    Really nice atmosphere
Good compensation when you have to go to Geneva

    Cons

    Depend of the client
Hard to change client when it's a indefinite project

I have been working at ELCA Informatique full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

flexible working hours and very flat hierarchy. People give you time to learn and get to know the project. Perfect as well for graduates

    Cons

Not very international. Projects itself are usually not very exciting. As well not a very young team in general and you work with people which do not honour your accomplishment as a student when your new.

    Advice to Management

A would try to create a more proactive working environment where especially students feel confortable. This in order to make the team younger. But good, atmosphere between employees and supervisors
