      It is a big energy company with diversified portfolio. You can work on a lot of issues. It is also all over the globe, so you can be transferred overseas.

      It is a big energy company, that says everything. It is big; therefore, human resources policies are very bad. You also have to specialize in energies.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
