      Azienda che offre paga adeguata, buonissima flessibilità di orari e per quanto riguarda il lavoro da casa, possibilità di carriera e di prendere decisioni con buona autonomia. Vengono sviluppati prodotti di qualità, con reale impatto sul mondo e con sfide tecnologiche non banali.

      Cons

      Quasi nessuno ha degli obbiettivi completamente definiti dai superiori, bisonga sapersi orientare e gestire in autonomia, cercando il modo più efficace per avere un impatto.

      Great company environment from the limited experience I had during my internship. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming and I never was left in the dark when issues arose. I would highly recommend working for Esteco North America.

      None that I experienced in my internship.

      Pros

      Agile and hybrid work is the default, lots of flexibility. Work is based on objectives instead of clock time.

      Cons

      The wages are on the low end. The benefits try to make up for it.
