      Agile and hybrid work is the default, lots of flexibility. Work is based on objectives instead of clock time.

      Cons

      The wages are on the low end. The benefits try to make up for it.

      ESTECO is a friendly work environment where you feel at home: it is a second family for me. You can work in quietly and each worker requests are satisfied, if possible. The collaboration between people is important and the work is stimulating.
