      Pros

      The open environment willing to accept and try out any ideas. Amazing people. Culturally diverse teams. Opportunity to travel all around Europe.

      Cons

      The budgets are always too low. Sometimes people can leave their commitments and disappear. The travel costs are reimbursed only for the Board, so being active requires some financial investment.

      Pros

      Growth opportunities, welcoming international environment and strong student spirit, with many travel opportunities. If you seek opportunities, you can get back from ESTIEM much more than you put in.

      Cons

      Year in the Board can be veery exhausting, sometimes leading to burnout, but worth it. Volunteering, but costs reimbursed for Board members (to a certain degree).
