Pros
This company has truly set the bar for me, this team really does want to make sure you are happy and will always listen to any suggestions and take them seriously. I have been treated with respect and have had a good progression throughout my years in Exclusive Networks Technical Support. They have an academy to bring you up to speed with the vendors they support consisting of some very well-known certifications. Once completed, they supported me with additional exams and training such as the CCNA and Security+ always willing to invest with me. I believe this will be a perfect environment and company for anyone wanting to start up in Network Security/Cyber Security and if willing to learn will be able to go very far very quickly. The team always keeps close considering we do work from home a lot with many events throughout the year and weekly engaging calls which I believe is very important. Since when I started 5 years ago, the management team has developed such an outstanding process and keeps on giving back to the team which is why they have been successful in building a great diverse support team. The work is very structured and processes are clear, it is easily understandable with what is expected to progress up and they are certainly reachable with hard work and a positive attitude. Help is always available when needed. The management team hold quaterly meetings to go through any concerns with the team and how they can improve themselves as a team, that is rare to see and they do take feedback seriously! Having the capacity for equipment, the team does invest in the latest technology for the vendors they support so engineers like me are able to lab cases and test certain features, this is available for every vendor they support. A huge shout out to Andy and his management team (Nasser, Sam and Ben) for helping develop the engineers into outstanding technical individuals! The dedication and passion they have is refreshing to see, although this is a huge company, it does not feel like it at all when working with these guys! I want to say, thank you for developing me and always investing in me and during very tough times of course supporting me. Again, you have really set the bar high!
Cons
There is a limit with progression within the team, however, they do make up for this with investing in additional certifications when completing your academy. So really, there is no real disadvantage! If you work hard I don't see an issue.
