      Good people at the entry and mid-level. Exciting company that has upbeat energy and very positive possibilities.

      Cons

      Corporate level managers, and executives are timid, rigid, and don't know how to make well considered decisions. Robotic management that lacks confidence. ExN is a dying company in a dying niche, I do not expect this company to still be here in 3 years. Run.
