Pros
Having had the honor & pleasure of having met & worked with some really great & awesome people.
Cons
FAR TOO MUCH micromanagement, disrespect among employees, sabotage & purposely throwing people under the bus, making others look bad so that you can look good, not feeling you're never doing anything right, being training terribly & at least 75% of what "you do" learn you have to pretty much learn, on your own. Not being appreciated for the hard work you do as your always being criticized & ridiculed on EVERY angle; this has made employees to feel like they could never do anything right. Management chronically cliqueish as will only listen to select employees; if you're not in "the inner circle," you weren't relevant - period. Not to mention the pay isn't the best. All of the aforementioned was not a cultural I could assimilate to.
