Pros

They serve as an example of what not to do.

Cons

My experience with this company was over 12 years ago, but I will simply never forget it. I cannot even put to words the brutal, inhumane way I was treated. As a very young African American at that time, I was severely mistreated on the job, traumatically fired although I received zero professional support, and then brought to the corporate office to receive a ceremonious firing the next morning. I wish I could breakdown how awful the experience was. They have no heart and better not ever pretend to care about young people, women, or minorities. Evil to the core, I am shocked they are still in business. The contract was with Defense Intelligence Agency - a horrible agency that I would rather be homeless than work there again. The office I worked in was so dysfunctional that it was shut down shortly after I left HAAAA!

Pros

Honest company that keeps its ducks in a row. They conduct their business above board and genuinely want to work with clients and partners. The staff are capable and always stepping up to the plate for their work. Executives are sharp and very driven, aim for the bottom line, and want to work out solutions to problems with clients and partners alike. Set and maintain high bars for performance and client/partner satisfaction.

Cons

Inflexible and ridiculously dedicated/dependent on process and procedure. Everything must go "by the numbers" and any upset, change or miscommunication (minor or major alike) becomes a panicked storm of emails. Their heavy reliance on telecommuting makes it difficult and inefficient to get necessary individuals in the same room and manage issues/situations/problems. Executives maintain a tough and overly demanding "sink or swim" corporate culture regarding employees. Performance reviews are needlessly over developed and seem geared at getting employees to work even harder than they already are. Executives seem little or not concerned with protecting or helping develop employees and their performance.
