      Direct exposure to live trading and strategy execution from an early stage Access to strong trading infrastructure and resources. Mostly friendly people.

      Lack of structured mentorship and career development due to low staff 24h shift model Limited collaboration across teams, making it harder to learn from more experienced traders Some toxic personalities left unchecked, which hurts team morale Growth opportunities can be narrow given the size and structure of the firm. A lot of rotativity

      decent office for its size

      Cons

      Firm will threaten legal action for whatever perceived IP you may or may not actually have if you try to leave. Currently active lawsuit against former employees is a perfect example, esp since the strategy itself is not particularly novel vs the rest of the street
