Continued focus on collaboration is important to us, especially in London where we are a 85+ team spread across two floors. Recent investment in a market-leading CRM system will give us a better foundation to drive a more partnership approach to client management.
With regards to KPI’s, we utilise 4 key metrics only: CVs sent, first stage interviews, client meetings and new jobs, which keeps an appropriate balance of a mature and autonomous environment and using data to review sales pipelines and determining where our people may need support and training.
