      Pros

      I’ve worked at Eames for nearly two years now and having worked at other agencies previously must say this is the most mature environment I’ve worked in. The platform available is second to none, and the opportunity to grow your desk with a lot of autonomy is something that’s very attractive to me. There’s been a lot of change over the past year but I personally feel this has been for the better and has only had a positive effect on our future proposition. There is a lot of progression available with clear targets, so if you put in the hard work there’s lot of reward. The level of industry knowledge in Eames is unlike any other agency I’ve worked in.

      Cons

      I would previously had said it was a business suited for consultants with previous experience within Insurance Recruitment, however there is now an onsite trainer and a structured AC program available so it can also be very rewarding for those entering the market.

      The New York manager lacks people management skills and seems to prioritize their own interests over the team’s. There is little to no sense of team personality or emotional intelligence which creates a culture of fear.
