Eames has been very supportive in the development of my career whilst giving a right amount of autonomy for me to build a desk as I see fit. The collaborative approach throughout the hierarchy makes it the kind of place you work with friend’s not just colleagues.
The company is expanding so there are a lot of opportunities for advancing your career, building a desk and team and working with leading companies and industry leaders.
Cons
More collaboration across borders. Time difference can make this a challenge, but there is a wealth of knowledge in the UK and more opportunity to tap into that would be a benefit.

We are glad you brought up the challenges working with colleagues across borders. We're a growing business and with that comes some growing pains, so we are looking at ways to improve collaboration with teams in different offices and encourage a true knowledge sharing culture.
As part of the Eames team you are encouraged to take the initiative to give us feedback and communicate openly on any issues related to your career here, so thanks again for leaving us a review.
Rocket ship! We are rapidly growing and building a business underpinned by a Strong culture and vision. Our success is driven by a supportive and collaborative environment. Eames offers an opportunity to build a Career and be part of a team of ambitious individuals with high earning potential with a industry leading uncapped commission plan.

Cons
Like any high growth business you will experience highs and lows. The key will be how you manage it.
The New York manager lacks people management skills and seems to prioritize their own interests over the team’s. There is little to no sense of team personality or emotional intelligence which creates a culture of fear.
