Pros

Strong immediate team and high level of Engineering coworkers. That's about it

Cons

Very junior Executive leadership with no real experience. There were recent rounds of massive layoffs and the work environment has gotten terrible over the past year. Executives consistently lie to employees and generally don't seem to have a real plan on how to lead the company. Engineering projects constantly change around based on the whims of the leadership team leading to a large amount of partially completed projects and technical debt. CEO is very rarely in the office and when he is, the Executive team is constantly following him around so employees don't tell him how bad things are. Ask yourself if this is the type of company you want to work for.

Pros

Everything was ready to go right from day one. My desk was clean and ready, my name plate was already there, my laptop was open and waiting for me to plug in my credentials. The LMS was very organized and walked me through how to navigate the various tools we use. Then it did a great job of explaining Easypost and our large suite of products. This was done through videos, short quiz's, and some interactive activities. The people in the office are nice and all seem to want to help with anything they can.

Cons

They have unlimited snacks, soft drinks, and twice a week there is free breakfast. If you have a sweet tooth you may gain a pound or two!

Pros

It's easy to get a position here, but that's due to turnover being unreasonably high.

Cons

Management keeps firing employees without any notice. You might think you're doing great because you haven't heard anything from management, but that's only because they couldn't care to provide you with any feedback. If your're looking to advance your career, EasyPost isn't the company for you.
