Pros

Flexibility Autonomy Unlimited PTO EasyPost is not always an "easy" place to work, but this means you are working with some of the best and smartest people around. These people are tough and don't wilt in the face of problems. I've seen them rise to the occasion to fix complex problems and deliver amazing results to our customers. How often have you been in a job where you look around and think "some of these people are just coasting"? Well, not at EasyPost. I can honestly say every person that I know working here is giving excellent effort.

Cons

For people who need every process spelled out for them, this may not be the best place to work. Some people may find the autonomy frustrating because they expect more direction from on high.

Pros

Everything was ready to go right from day one. My desk was clean and ready, my name plate was already there, my laptop was open and waiting for me to plug in my credentials. The LMS was very organized and walked me through how to navigate the various tools we use. Then it did a great job of explaining Easypost and our large suite of products. This was done through videos, short quiz's, and some interactive activities. The people in the office are nice and all seem to want to help with anything they can.

Cons

They have unlimited snacks, soft drinks, and twice a week there is free breakfast. If you have a sweet tooth you may gain a pound or two!

Pros

Good pay, flexible PTO, remote work is great. Immediate work companions are great.

Cons

Company is unorganized and does not stick to any plans previously made. Managers throw their staff under the bus to save themselves, Top management let's go of people and expects others to carry the load of those who were let go with no additional pay. Being in the good ol boys club is the only way to keep your job. No chance at promotions unless you work at the main office.
