Pros

The ICs I worked with were great. Some really smart people. Great technology and interesting business model.

Cons

Good thing mental health is covered in the insurance -- you'll need the care. The higher management structure lacks the ability to make decisive choices and tends to avoid accountability when faced with tough decisions. Employees often find themselves in precarious situations, forced to execute impractical ideas endorsed by unqualified individuals from other departments/CEO, or risk being scapegoated. The workplace culture is plagued by internal strife, where teamwork is overshadowed by a sense of isolation and competition among colleagues. Unfortunately, the CEO's management style creates an atmosphere of fear, fostering toxicity and breeding conflicts between teams striving merely to survive. Additionally, there are evident shortcomings within certain leadership roles. Despite complaints about their ineffective performance and blame-shifting tendencies, these leaders remain in positions of authority. In contrast, those voicing concerns or advocating for improvement often face repercussions or even layoffs. The prevalence of nepotism and stories of managerial manipulation enhances the overall atmosphere of distrust. The company's leadership lacks trust in its workforce, resulting in chaos, misdirection, and an overwhelming amount of stress. This toxic environment severely impedes progress and makes it arduous to implement any meaningful change. For those considering joining to contribute to a supposedly 'great culture,' thing twice. The issues within EasyPost have been around since inception and are part of its DNA, posing a threat to one's personal well-being. If you're looking to enjoy a nice paycheck for a while to get a leg up on your next job, this might be a good temporary gig to suffer through until they decide to cut the cord. The 5 star reviews are laughable. I question their authenticity, There's an abundance of talented individuals who deserve workplaces far better than what EasyPost currently offers.

Pros

Everything was ready to go right from day one. My desk was clean and ready, my name plate was already there, my laptop was open and waiting for me to plug in my credentials. The LMS was very organized and walked me through how to navigate the various tools we use. Then it did a great job of explaining Easypost and our large suite of products. This was done through videos, short quiz's, and some interactive activities. The people in the office are nice and all seem to want to help with anything they can.

Cons

They have unlimited snacks, soft drinks, and twice a week there is free breakfast. If you have a sweet tooth you may gain a pound or two!
