      They really care about their employees-- retention is a major concern for them. Managers are held accountable when talent is lost. Great work life balance, top notch benefits, incredible office and parties.

      Cons

      Only a minor con: Business dress is required, business casual on Fridays.

      Enjoyed a hybrid work schedule with 1 day in the office. Had opportunity for professional development including collaborating on projects with senior staff and leading small scale initiatives. Direct management offered great leadership and valued my input and saw me as a human.
