Variety of clients, some colleagues are actually nice

Management does not manage. A lot of issues are brushed under the carpet and they act as if they know what they are doing even when clearly don’t. A lot of the projects just cut corners and they don’t communicate with clients or set realistic expectations- literally say anything is possible, even if they break employment laws to do so. The delivery is poor because of higher management not allowing people proper training or time to work on projects. They fire anyone that is better than them or anyone that knows their rights. Keep away - even if the salary seems interesting at first.
