      Pros

      Working in the industry is interesting, many different companies to rub shoulders with.

      Cons

      Lack of direction from leadership, inability to motivate staff, poor benefits system, not ideal working environments, Overall outdated way of working in general.

      There are no pros for working for this company.

      Cons

      Salary is low, management is awful and never supportive. Some people that have been there for years are actual snakes - they will try managing you out of the business (especially if you are a woman as I've seen it happen more than once in my time there), and rob any opportunities you may find. They don't offer any training, however they promise there is budget for that. Majority of the benefits they promote don't actually exist. They are not flexible and are trying to force staff back to work full time in the office (even if they have no need to be there, or space to accommodate staff).
