Fair and Competitive Company - Head of Trading, Australia Eclipse Trading Employee Review

Eclipse pays fairly and has a fairly flat structure. Their IT is good and they make consistent money in the markets they trade. They have a good trainee trader program and judge on merit. While continuing to expand and tackle new technology they still see value in traditional market making and reward those successful at it. I worked in the Sydney office for 5 years. It is a fairly relaxed work environment, but Eclipse is one of the bigger players in the Aus market.
