Cons

Horrible environment. Users are very terrible. No respect since you join. The same position is always open in the job market for 10 years or even longer because no one can last for 10 months. Their tactics is to ruin your career by not giving you a good ending so that you can be controlled all the time. Any normal people won't survive in this company. Extremely stressful. Micro management occurs at all levels. Treated like prisoners. Very short living. Don't ruin your career.
