The company is innovative and constantly developing the staff and their ideas. A very inclusive work place and there's always room to expand your knowledge. Such a welcoming environment to work in and a lovely customer base throughout.
Cons
There can be difficulties with the variety of requests from the customer base. Understanding and overcoming the problems that arise isn't always easy. But combating the problem and seeking the solution is a win in itself.
