      Working at EctoHR has allowed me to meet some amazing people. No two days are the same, and we get to make an impact on others' lives every day. The Company has a tight knit culture, where everyone is like family. It's an amazing place to work!

      Internally, we have a lot of fun and the team is great to work with! The work brings a ton of variety and the Clients we work with are awesome.

      Depending on the time of year, it will be busy and the work will be heavy.

      Pros

      Not your typical HR firm. We work hard and we have a lot of fun while doing it. Strong team based environment. There is room for long-term career growth and professional development. We have the ability to work with cool companies and great clients!

      No major cons! Ecto is a great place to work.
