-Great advertising/Steady Customer flow -Decent pay plan -Surprisingly affordable insurance (not the norm for the industry)
Cons
-Zero communication between managers -Managers not getting tasks done on time resulting in lost deals -Absolutely terrible payroll department. Late checks, incorrect amounts, etc.
