      Pros

      -Fun to get to work with school leaders. -Many of the 8-5 employees are average and regular people you get along with, with the exception of the snobby Operations personnel.

      Cons

      -Leadership doesn't have a clue! Take the most privileged, Ivy League educated, and employee detached managers and let them manage 50 people. That's the EdTec model. -The Client Management group is the most hostile work environment out there. Don't let the happy hours full you! -The Client Management group fails to innovate. The intense competitive snobs that make up this group don't help.

      Pros

      A lot of collaboration and team support. Flexibility in work hours gives having a life outside of work possible. Opportunity to take on management track or subject matter expert. Training and progression is at your own pace.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end.
