      Pros

      I love working at Edtec, even working remote, I find myself so grateful for the teams of people I get to work and interact with.

      Cons

      The cyclical nature of the work can be frustrating to have some very busy and very slow periods, but at least when each is coming is mostly predictable.

      A lot of collaboration and team support. Flexibility in work hours gives having a life outside of work possible. Opportunity to take on management track or subject matter expert. Training and progression is at your own pace.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end.
