Pros
Corporate Benefits are quite alright and usually as a normal employee you had a good 9-6 job.
Cons
Team Lead seemed to be under constant stress and didn't organise the tasks while changing strategy from week to week without a clear path. Lashed out a couple of times at colleague and caused the whole team to move on to other jobs. Work from home policy got stricter over time and caused some talents to leave from my understanding. Decisions were incredibly political and ego-driven and slow.
