Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible with busy schedule. Excellent pay and benefits. Everyone is friendly. I've always had excellent managers that supported me. Care about personal life as much as business life. I've been at the company for 14 years now I've been through a lot of transitions and they are nerve racking but they keep the focus on the employee through the transitions.
Cons
A lot of transitions, going public, then back private, switched ownership a few times, multiple systems changes and integrations. it does cause a lot of stress and late nights but the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot.
