      Meeting new exhibitors on show site. Attending shows for free.

      Cons

      Your schedule is never set. Your not sure if your working on the weekend until that Friday. Pay is the lowest in the industry .

      Room for growth, great energy and amazing staff.

      Cons

      Not really cons other than possible overtime and weekend work. That goes with the industry though and shouldn't really be a "con" when you have a passion for the work.

      Cons

      Industry in general can have long hours and work/life balance can suffer. Insurance is expensive and not conducive to pay.
