Pros
Startup company where there is still a lot to do so you can kind of tailor your job.
Cons
- Not enough means, they are not professional at any level and everything is homemade. - Their management methods are bad, objectifs are set either difficult to reach or not given at all to pay the less possible. Unable to motivate employees, promises are not kept. - The product is really bugged and all internal teams and customers suffer from it. - Board of directors = control freaks but in the wrong way.
