      Just about everything: Good people, good pay, good environment, surrounded by competence and drive, open and accessible management, unique market niche and good direction.

      Pros

      The company is in growth stage, but certainly not the startup stage it once was. Core solutions suite is solid, stacking up to and regularly replacing accounts for both major competitors. Excellent flexible work options in a relaxed, casual atmosphere- brand new US office. Co-workers are really smart people who also happen to be hardworking, kind, and often times hilarious. Full benefits with PTO.

      Growth stage is a precarious time- the company is sometimes slow to adapt or accept what is required to move forward.
