      Very dynamic company that is rapidly changing and growing in a positive direction. Elanco has a great culture where they truly care about their employees and have a driving passion for the mission.

      The change curve can be overwhelming to some.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
