      Pros

      Some of the structure from Lilly culture still exists. Primarily benefits, and vacation make it worth it.

      Cons

      Elanco has no idea how to operate big business. Good ole boy network where jobs and Promotions go to those closest to the leadership. Lots of turn over and crippling cuts each time a new leader is put in place. Constantly trying to reinvent the wheel. Cuts to resources each time the company integrates. Work done in silos and everyone is easily replaced. No focus on individual development of people. HR is a joke-Understaffed and biased.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
