Many toxic people at medium management Respect & culture ,exist only on slides Bad salaries and compensation vs competition Lot of negative pressure and stress Decrease on values over the years ,mainly cimparing to standards of Lilly Top management seems lost with acquisition and growth without any serious taking care of people who are supposed to lead the growth in the field Poor HR people Poor Marketing Majority of people looking for external opportunities No improvement of weaknesses In some regions the promotions are not transparent and not honest
