Elanco has undergone significant changes in the time I have worked for this company - I feel we have now moved from survival mode to thriving mode. There are many opportunities to feel empowered to make a positive difference - be it initiate a cause: improve a process: mentoring or coaching others for personal and professional growth; actively leading and influencing for better outcomes to make Elanco a great community.

One does need to actively engage to maximise the opportunities available for making a change.

Pros
Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.
Cons
Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
