Pros

No pros as the company will go under.

Cons

This company is completely mismanaged by two people the founder picked for their longevity with the company. With no experience in running a company they continue to hire Advisers and Process Managers, but as the President is a narcissistic micro manager they are soon fired. The other owner simply can not work independently. They are a daily waste of the employees time and fire you for not doing your job. The founder created a culture that everyone was proud of and enjoyed coming to every day and what made the company great since 1964. This culture is destroyed. The company has gone from 24 to 15 employees since they fired the founder that gave them their positions. They have made the company work on a skeleton crew and tell you you need to work harder. This company is a kindergarten of 2.

Pros

I have heard the horror stories mentioned on other reviews, those people are all gone and it is a fun place to work with a great culture and environment. Also a great work-life balance.

Cons

I wish the PTO level was higher, but owner is still flexible when I need more time off.

Pros

Some of your coworkers who are not in management are decent. MW is the ONLY decent manager there.

Cons

Management thinks the employees like working there. They act like everyone is happy when behind their backs employees complain. Many people have been there a long long time, but the reason for that is the firing of new workers is rampant. When you start you won't be included as part of the in group and treated poorly by those that have. Even for those not in management, the longer they've been there, the worse they are to new hires. They take that as a sign of a good company because people have been there a long time, but ask them the average longevity of the new employees/contractors hired in the last 5 years and that number will be about 1 year at best (if they tell you the truth- hint: they won't). The company is about to tank due to the ridiculous business plans coming from the top.
