Pros

Since transformation, Element has been growing at a rapid pace. That means a lot of opportunity for learning, to try new things, expand your experience, and for career opportunities. That also means work is very fast-paced and work-life balance can be a challenge. Leadership here is adapting to changing expectations and there are growing pains, but people genuinely care for each other, our clients, and there are good teams with great cultures,

Cons

There are good people and leaders here, and like anywhere, there are also those that should probably leave because they are very unhappy that "things aren't like they used to be." Instead of leaving, they've decided to stay, be miserable, and drag others down with them. That's probably the worst part of the culture right now.

Pros

The MD team and other leaders are an absolute trustworthy group. The people at Element are what make Element awesome. The Advisory team is highly intelligent, the pricing team is competitive and wants to win deals. Customers are at the forefront of the employees at Element.

Cons

The CEO is leading the company into the ground. The pay has been changed so many times on the sales team and not for the better. No clear distinction on how they get paid. Game changes mid play. CEO made a promise to the street she can't keep and now everyone suffers. She's single handedly destroying the morale of this company.
