Pros

Some interesting tech, a few good people and great mountain views.

Cons

Very disappointed in the morality and conduct of the CEO and of his boys. Whatever you choose in life to love is fine but when you expect employees to be your piggy bank that’s way over the line. Lots of lies and manipulation. I feel sorry for those who have been mistreated and can’t see their way to leave.

Pros

Great co-workers, decent salary, good mentorship

Cons

Management did several turnovers during my time so it was a bit chaotic, but they handled it with grace.

Pros

** Good benefits (401K, healthcare, Discretionary Time Off (DTO), decent work life balance, generous snacks and meals, opportunities for career advancement, etc.) ** Awesome coworkers (you will likely make friends who you want to hangout with outside of work). ** Great facilities (renovated office, cool artwork, clean and vibrant spaces, etc.)

Cons

** Top heavy management w/ a decent amount of nepotism (you are either "in" or "out" of the circle, and if you are "out", you will have a hard time being promoted or moving laterally) ** Micromanagement or complete incompetence from the c-suite, not really anything in between. The middle management (although top heavy) is the backbone of the company. ** Emotional decision making from leadership, not usually grounded in data or logic. ** Pay can be on the lower side because "we know we can pay less since the culture is great".
