The only pro about Elevate is that you will find some really passionate and talented group of people
Cons
- Really bad leadership. There is no alignment in the vision or mission of the work that is happening there. Every leader you speak has their own version of - People are applauded for working 10 to 12 hours a day. Leadership does not take into consideration no. of employees and their capacity to deliver projects. Commitments to external partners are made without any consideration of employees' capacity to deliver. This leads to sleepless nights and long hours (10 to 12 hours) for employees. To top it off, leadership shares their so-called "love moments" in their stand-up meetings for employees who are actually working more hours than themselves. - Misuse of their brand name: They are taking advantage of their brand to waste public money and provide low-quality programs. the reality is that the impact of their work is negligible because again their employees are overworked.
