Excellent location adjacent to the river walkway Free parking in the lot, even on weekends Pizza parties Nice coworkers Gives parents the flexibility to bring children to office/leave early when necessary Beautiful office space with standing desks and Herman Miller chairs Medical and dental (employer contribution has been decreasing, but still better than most) An interesting mix of clients
Cons
When people left they haven't been replaced. This has reduced the time available for creativity, like the guerrilla marketing/ public art experiment designed to coincide with the G20.
