I have found many opportunities to learn and grow so far in my work here. The work is varied, and the different tasks keep things feeling fresh. Other employees are positive about collaborating together to get the job done, whatever it may be. Management is supportive of creativity and encourages innovation from every level of employee.
Cons
Working in this environment isn't for everyone. If you're looking to do the same tasks day in and day out, this probably won't be a good fit for you. This job requires you to be agile and flexible in completing tasks and setting priorities.
