Pros
Can be flexible part time hours. Staff discount can be used on reduced stock. Store manager was great to work for. Good Sunday pay excellent bank holiday pay if you work.
Cons
Upper management set unrealistic and constantly moving targets. No guarantee of hours. Rota completed on week by week basis. Expected to do the role of manager as key holder for 0.50c an hour more than other staff. Staff discount capped spend for to the amount an item would cost before the discount
