My skills and experience were really tested in the process of the interview. The interview stages were appropriately challenging, and they did a good job setting expectations for each stage.

Cons

The volume of applicants meant that it took them several days to respond to my assessment and resume submission, but that's to be expected in this job market.

If your dream job is spending your career bouncing between clients, inheriting decade-old enterprise codebases, and tracking billable hours like they're your life's purpose, then congratulations, you've found paradise. Pay is horrendous and the management makes it somehow even worse.
