Work home life balance. Cool place to work.

There are not any cons to working for this company.

* Opportunities to learn by doing due to the trust placed in you by the company * Flexibility with regard to work schedule * Highest caliber and most professional people that I've ever worked with * A company culture that was (at least relatively) free of politics * Great location

* Travel -- although this is more of personal factor on my part and expenses were always promptly reimbursed * Training was lacking during my years there but again, this was offset by the numerous opportunities the company gave me to learn on the job
