Yet Emergn can genuinely claim to be "experts in building product-centric companies and capabilities", given the quality of people, and the 16 years of intellectual property on product operating models, product management learning, and product delivery. Complementing their expertise, colleagues are smart, supportive and solution-focused.
In my role, I'm given a high level of accountability and control, with a supportive CEO and leadership team. Work-life balance and hybrid working expectations involve some give-and-take but are reasonable, making it a welcoming environment for parents/carers.
Cons
The business was significantly impacted by Covid and the war in Ukraine, with the transition to new market conditions proving tricky and leading to a high level of turnover in sales and marketing. Emergn's products and services are valuable and differentiated, yet the company is still rebuilding the engine needed for lead generation and growth ambitions.
