the location itself and the scenery is beautiful. I enjoy my drive there and my drive home. nice amenities.
Cons
You get hired on and everything goes well the first two weeks. after that the communication slowly begins to stop. you have no clear understanding to what your actual duties are as management constantly changes their expectations and assignments. company spends more time criticising what you're not doing correctly which will wear you down. used to enjoy coming in. now it seems like the entire CBO is miserable. don't dare make a suggestion that would increase productivity. they're scared of change. very high turnover. they should go back to being more family oriented. when people feel appreciated you'd be amazed how it could change the entire atmosphere
