      Competitive salary, flexible work schedule, good benefits

      Cons

      No 401k, absolutely the worst training ever. Training is left to the attorneys who really do not have the proper time to dedicate to tell you before you make a mistake what to avoid. It is literally trial by fire. First six months will go well and then you are on your own. Outside the attorneys, the longest employee here has been employed for just over a year.

      Pros

      Great office culture. Very team oriented attitude. You get the feeling that the managing partners truly care about you as an individual and a worker. I have never felt more appreciated for my work than I do here. Lots of great benefits and perks. Work is challenging, however, there is a lot of support and the team is fantastic.

      Cons

      Must be able to change your focus at any moment and be able to multi-task. Need to be able to work under deadlines and without constant direction.
