Pros

Prior to the takeover earlier this year, this company deservedly won accolades for its culture and benefits. You can disregard all that now. New management have all but burnt it to the ground.

Cons

The problem is that the new leader is using the management tools of the first industrial revolution, while we are entering the fourth industrial revolution. The result has been the best people running for the door to greener pastures. Cliches abound, and it’s all so transparent and hollow. Word repetition does not equal culture. The top-down hard approach to comms, decisions, restructures, is tone deaf. Flexibility and working from home? Forget it. You’ll be asked to get into your chair, smile, and nod politely even if there is an apocalypse occurring outside. All the while customers pay the price. Staffing is down (so are the costs I guess- is that an achievement?) but ultimately we provide slower or no service to our clients. But let’s blame it on the people who left. How dare they seek better opportunities, aren’t we in the UK?

It seems from your review you are out of form and should discuss your concerns with your line manager or our Talent Team. It is misleading and false to state a takeover has occurred. While there has been some change this year and a greater focus on providing Super Service, Employsure continues to evolve and grow and align to a successful global approach. While for some this may present challenges to adapt, for most in the business this is an opportunity to grow and develop in a business that always tries to be better. As a HR advisor you will be aware of a number of home working teams and part time teams, your review does not reflect Employsure reality and we question it's purpose.

Pros

Great induction. Big potential for self growth. All the tools for success are given to you. People are great, ask and will receive support. Employsure is working hard to continually improve the service and retention. The leadership have been really open about where the company is heading recently, very much in tune with what's going on at the ground level. If you're thinking about becoming a BDM you need to be resilient and be able to rinse and repeat. Don't let other people issue's become yours, you get what you get, don't get upset.

Cons

The CX-3, only because I'm a car guy :) Nothing bad about this company.
