      - Office location is not in a typical IT office location (say Hinjewadi, Kharadi...) - The Pune IT park where the office is located does not have many facilities

      Pros

      the people are fantastic to work with. Co-workers are smart and creative. I have had a lot of opportunity to grow by learning new things and holding various positions. Senior management listens to issues that are brought to their attention.

      Cons

      The company is in a growth phase. It is not sure if it is a small company or a large company. This means that some of the infrastructure is not in place like a large IT organization, etc. On the flip side, there are multiple layers of management, which is needed to grow, so at times the company acts larger than it is.
